East Brabant All inclusive Holidays

The overall stay was amazing, hotel and amenities are really top notch. Staff are helpful and amazing. I would definitely recommend. The only downside during our stay is we need to walk about 10mins to tram due to some construction.

The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK.

After flying 9 hours overnight, we arrived to hotel at 9 am. We were told that our room was ready but check in is at 3 pm. However, if we paid 45 euros, we could have access to our room. I understand the policy is 3 pm check in. However, trying to get another 45 euros out of customers who they know are exhausted from overnight flights and dangling the room is ready but you can’t get in is horrendous. We were told that all Amsterdam hotels have the same policy. We know that not to be true as others who were on our trip that stayed in other hotels were given access to their room once it was ready. The other issue is at 1 pm, the rate to get in early went from 45 euros to 25. Just horrendous customer service. To top it off, the employees at the front desk were violently arguing with us. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.
