A quiet but stunning location, the hotel has amazing views of the lake. Location is a bit further out however Hotel provides regular shuttle services to the city centre, Santa village and the airport. Spa facilities were great. Staff were exceptional, helping above and beyond with any request we had. Ying, Melody and Laura - thank you for making this trip memorable for us.

We stayed at the top hotels during this trip ate various cities and without a doubt Aino Private Island Hotel is the most luxurious and memorable one. To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is hands down the best value hotel I’ve stayed at. The self-check-in is seamless, and customer service is excellent—they answered my call instantly and sent staff to help right away. It was a pleasant surprise that they even offer Chinese support alongside English and Finnish! The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with strong shower pressure, reliable hot water, and great heating. Getting all of these at this price in Europe is practically flawless. Highly recommended!
