So nice! I checked in later at night due to a flight and they were very accommodating. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,080 reviews)
The location was excellent. From our hotel room, we could see Times Square. There were no complimentary toothbrushes; my sister-in-law lost her luggage. We had to pay at the bar. The atmosphere was great in the lobby. The elevators took a long time as it was very busy. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again.
