Masurian Lake District All inclusive Holidays

We had a corner room which gave us additional room space. Had everything you needed, including a fridge. The room was also well presented and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options but with the hotel being European, some of the options were not what we were used to.

Overall its a nice clean quiet hotel on the outskirts of the old town (a good 10 minute walk), alot of building work going on around it. Checkin was quick and efficient. Good variety of breakfast buffet food. Bar service late mornings, early afternoon was very poor, unmanned bar, had to notify reception and waitvahes for someone to come. Restaurant was closed one night for a private function which was very noisy and left limited seating for guests as bar area is quite small and alot if the private party accumulated around entrance smoking. No safe in the adjoing rooms.

About 15 mins or so from thr main station and town centre. The room had everything I needed and more. Kettle, tea, coffee, milk, fridge, tv and cosy bed. The room was spacious, clean and even had a balcony with a decent view. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a 3 night stay in this hotel. It is a little out of the main town, approx 10 mins walk to the centre, in a mainly residential area. The reception, bar/restaurant and breakfast room were all kept clean and tidy throughout out our stay as was our room. A spacious double en-suite room in the first floor, we were lucky to have a view of the river and despite the cloudy weather during our stay we enjoyed the view. The room was quiet and at times we felt we could have been the only people on in the hotel. We had breakfast each morning and there was always a great choice with something to suit every palate. We also ate in the restaurant and this was equally well presented and delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would visit again if we were in Gdansk.

Spotless room, excellent amenities, fantastic breakfast, incredible location within walking distance to all the sites (Christmas Market) in the old town. Staff was super friendly, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend.
