We had a wonderful stay here during Christmas week. You really can't beat the location as it's right in the main square that contains the cloth hall, St. Mary's Basilica and many great shops and restaurants. It also host's the amazing annual Christmas Market. Our room was clean, cozy and well stocked every day of our stay. Kudo's to the housekeeping staff for doing such a great job. The front desk staff (especially Vlad who works in the evenings) were always friendly and happy to answer our questions and make arrangements for us. The breakfast spread is a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. We felt Betmanowska Main Square Residence was a great value for the price we paid.

Lovely clean room, very courteous and friendly reception staff. Excellent choices at breakfast, hot and cold, eggs made to one’s preference. All delicious and fresh. Wonderful waiters, friendly yet discreet. Can’t fault it, all superb. Would happily stay again!

This is our third stay at Hotel Copernicus spanning 20 years, and it was another exceptional experience. The team made my husband’s 60th birthday unforgettable with sparkling wine, a handwritten note, and a superb seven-course tasting menu. The chef’s food was truly outstanding — we have eaten in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and he is certainly worthy of one. Kasper and Sylvester were exceptional hosts, and the chef’s surprise birthday cake was a lovely finishing touch. Elegant, warm, and consistently excellent — Copernicus never disappoints.

Property was unique and very well kept.
Rooms were clean and staff very friendly.
I would recommend purchasing breakfast with room in advance, otherwise it’s 115 Zloty
