Lobby is too crowded, like Grand Central. Our room was on 13th floor, can hear traffic noise. Front desk made a mistake w our rooms eventho I called in the am to provide specific instructions. Parking is outrageous ($60 per night w hotel discount).
Easy access yo SL1 bus!
