Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming.
Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes.
The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

Shuttle service and driver were amazing. Really long line for ch deck in but the staff did the best they could and were very nice. Breakfast was great staff was so nice. Rooms could improve a bit bathroom set up was really awkward and uncomfortable to move around in. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom as well .

This is an amazing hotel in many ways! The staff are incredibly warm and helpful; the location is fantastic --with breath-taking views; the swimming pools and spa are top-notch; the restaurant food and service are excellent. It is an easy walk to Stresa, where we enjoyed shopping and drinks. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay! I give this hotel my highest recommendation.
