Yas Island All inclusive Holidays

Overall a nice hotel but customer service was actually quite poor. Valet was great. Check in person cold and a bad first impression. Hotel staff on phones in foyer whilst I was waiting to check out in a queue. Should be better for the price

Beautiful hotel. Staff were wonderful. Fabulous location. Buffet breakfast to die for. Everything you could possibly need is all available at this hotel.

Huge, clean suite with very comfortable bed. Seperate bath and shower. Huge bathtub, might be difficult for some people to get in & out of the bath as the sides are very high as the suite bathtubs are large, freestanding oval things not the mire common rectanglular style.

Very nice hotel within an office tower. The hotel starts on the 18th floor. Very nice views, very nice rooms. Welcoming staff.

We arrived early morning and had not slept, after seeing us waiting for our room someone ensured we could check in to a room early. The hotel is relaxing, tranquil and feels like a palace. I will stay here next time I’m in Abu Dhabi.
