The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings. Excellent and personal service. We like the spa SL though it is extra but we think it is good value. We are going to other QC hotels soon
