"The hotel is aged. Don't go here in the off season. Nothing open, including the indoor or outdoor pools or any indoor kids activities. Rooms are decorated nicely with sports themes, which is great. Aged showers and interior finishes."

First, they put us in an adjacent building that felt more like an apartment. When we arrived, the room had a half-drunk bottle of water left in it and the toilet seal had been ripped open. They fixed it, which is fine.
But then we discovered that all the spa facilities — which were nice, except for the pretty but lukewarm "hot" tub — cost an extra 10 euros per day. Towels were 4 euros. Our room had a kitchen, apparently, but it was locked; you could access it with a deposit...
