It’s a wonderful hotel in a great location. The food Is great. The concierges were extreme;y helpful. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. The room was not cleaned on time and was not cleaned well when it was cleaned. We actually preferred not to request cleaning for a couple of days because would interfere with our schedule.

Location has good access to everything but is in the heart of the most touristy area. Bathrooms very basic and water from shower gets everywhere, which is very common and fine, but people should be aware if that will be an issue for you. Security gate rarely closes and stayed open most nights. Prevents opening windows on ground and first floor at night. Was hot weather so sleeping with closed windows was stifling.
