Livermore Valley Wine Country All inclusive Holidays

When we arrived on July 31 the reservation system was down for several hours. The staff had to manually register guests and assign rooms by hand system. So some guests had to wait couple hours (including us) before a room was assigned to them. It was a mess. Feel sorry for the staff because they worked really hard. The room that was assigned to us was not what we reserved through Expedia. So after couple nights they found a room that matches what we reserved (a King size bed). so we had to move from Building 4 to Building 1. Other than that the resort was very pretty and nice.

Best location in downtown Berkeley. Decently priced rooms. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Great bar and restaurant. Most helpful and friendly staff. Ask for a room facing Allston Way or the inside if you want a quieter room. Traffic on Shattuck Ave is noticeable but not loud. Whenever I've visited Berkeley in the past 15 years, I've stayed here.
