Doukkala-Abda All inclusive Holidays

We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tikida Garden. The staff were kind and helpful, and made everyone feel genuinely welcome. The hotel overall feels slightly dated versus the photos we saw when booking. The pool is large with various areas to relax. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

I want to thank the music group animation , the art gentleman every person who cooks so deliciously, everyone who served us with a smile. It was the best vacation of my life. The people in Morocco are truly very respectful and kind; they make you feel like family. I love this place because of all the beautiful people of Morocco. My children truly took away a beautiful message from this city and the people of Morocco: you don't need to be rich to enjoy true joy. It's about being together, drinking tea with family, and working hard, like everyone else in Morocco. My respects to all Moroccans.

It's a good hotel however it seemed a bit old, not very modern. A lot of the facilities like pool tables, video games, etc were not working. Some of the water slides were not working or sometimes bumpy leading to some scratches on the way down. Food wise, not impressed at all. Very similar food choices everyday and vegetarians would really struggle for choices.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn't fault it in any way. The staff are incredible they work so hard and are so welcoming, friendly and inclusive. The property is maintained to a very high level. Rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. The food and drink was lovely. The hotel food was to a excellent standard and service was great. Snack bar food was nice with a good selection. Entertainment was great the activity staff had a good energy they were very fun and inclusive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The staff were incredible, however I must deduct one star because we communicated a few days before on a pickup from the airport and they never showed up. We had to take an uber from the airport for about 140MAD. It was our first time in Marrakech so it would have been helpful to have someone from the hotel pick us up. They told us that a colleague was suddenly on vacation but then there was no reconciliation on the matter. There were limited food options despite having a menu; you’d often have to ask what’s available. They were very accommodating for not canceling our reservation for arriving one day late due to a delay in flight. But then the room wasn’t available right away. The Riad is pretty centrally located which we enjoyed. We were not planning to stay in the Riad during our stay because we’re out and about but it is small and something worth considering if you plan to relax while in Marrakech. They do have an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset in their rooftop. Overall decent stay, could have been a bit better for the value. Staff speaks French, English, Arabic. They understand Spanish but only one or two have some conversational skills, same with Italian. Food was a bit on the pricey side.

For the price, this riad does the job. Very friendly staff. But the room itself wasn't the cleanest (hair/dust) on the bed upon arrival, and room is very small. Pool isn't the cleanest either. I think the rooms differ a lot based on which you get, and they don't show you the smallest rooms in the pictures. Pretty noisy and not the best located either.
