We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to anyone nor would we stay there again.
