Bell Island All inclusive Holidays

Advertised as B&B! No breakfast at all. Coffee and tea in room but no kettle or coffee pot. Bed was comfortable, room was stuffy as the window couldn’t be opened. Parking was terrible. Room was comfortable but we were very disappointed about having no breakfast. False advertising as not a B&B

Beautiful boutique hotel with large rooms. Our room had no carpet, fireplace and a lot of space. It was very clean - except the shower had a long hair that wasn’t mine- yuck ! The restaurant closed early spontaneously. We were told at check in it was open till 9:00. When we went at 7 it was closed. Not enough customers. Also the wifi is terrible !! Couldn’t watch anything on my laptop after 6am. Nothing would load. Also breakfast is served at 8am. I personally consider that way too late. 7am would have suited better. It’s a beautiful hotel and it’s very clean. I think the maid took a short cut with our room and didn’t do the shower - yuck !!!

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.

Room was spotless, staff were fantastic! Ate at Amelia’s - best burger, hands down! Staff even switched the channel for our hockey lovers!
