Great location with the next tram stop in a walking distance; a really cosy hotel at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds! Acceptable food choices if you take a morning bite!

So, we had to check in at the hotel next door - didn't know that till we read the sign on the door. The hotel is a few blocks from train station through the heart of Zermatt, and some curvy allys to get there. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a shared terrace but it was a little dirty but no big deal. Beds were comfy. Had to borrow hair dryer at front desk - they don't supply them in the room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We got there early and they have a room to keep your luggage safe and secure that includes a shower! If I ever went again, I'd consider this hotel to stay at un Zermatt! Oh, also included a breakfast that I unfortunately we did not partake in because we had to leave early.

15min walk from train station. Close to restraunts & shops. Apartment was clean & fit our family of four comfortably. Shower drain did not drain properly, however a plumber was sent & problem fixed. No fans in the apartment & although it was not too hot in early June a fan would've been nice to cool off the area while sleeping
