Absolutely beautiful property, quiet and peaceful!! Loved the experience!!

This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.

I love this hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful. It’s a wonderful location lovely and very convenient both to the train station and to the sites of Florence. I can’t say enough wonderful things thank you for everything.

Beautiful area and room very clean. However, the airport shuttle was extremely expensive although it seemed it would be included. Restaurant did not have many dinner options. Staff was condescending at times.

Very quiet, huge room. Very comfortable bed. In a perfect location, staff is very friendly.
