Great helpful staff with the rooms very clean, laundry service, nice breakfast and great location for restaurants and walking everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, just of St Mark’s Square. However it was in an area where it was hard to get my luggage to/from the hotel. As a solo mature aged female I needed help with my luggage and because of the location of the hotel I had no other choices but to use a water taxi 80 Euro to hotel and a whopping 105 Euro return to Venice SL station. The latter was a real rip off by water taxi owners. However, it made things easy being in the centre of the activities, especially for visiting the Biennale locations. I thoroughly enjoyed all the Biennale & Co Lateral Biennale displays especially Homa Faber

This hotel is in a perfect location, the food is amazing and the staff absolutely wonderful! Made our stay that much better. All questions, inquiries and requests were addressed and taken care of timely and prior to our arrival. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience!
