The location is beautiful. Our room size, balcony and view was great. We had the suite. Front desk was attentive. This hotel can be turned into a beautiful and unique resort with a little investment. Decor is outdated. Our air-conditioning system kept shutting down and front desk had to restart it. The fuse in the room would pop when using the hair dryer. We stayed there for 5 nights and sheets weren't changed. Breakfast was at best a 5 out of 10.

The hotel is charming. Rooms are large, comfortable, well-maintained and clean. The staff was great. We would have liked clearer advance instructions about how to arrive with a car and unload luggage. The hotel is in a very car-restricted zone. GPS tells you "You've arrived" when you are outside the restricted area. To drive close, you have to navigate through pedestrians and sidewalk cafés. Also, while the breakfast buffet was lovely, the restaurant was closed during our 3-day stay.

Wow, this hotel was amazing! Staff were very helpful and nice. The location is wonderful with breathtaking views of Mattinata bay. The room was clean and spacious! The rooms were a good size and bathroom was beautiful and modern. The restaurant at this place is beyond amazing. The food plate presentation was phenomenal and was very delicious! And service was excellent.
Their pool was also very nice and clean. It was overlooking the bay so it was so nice and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place!
