Very convenient for the exhibition centre next door, and with a nice bar area and some friendly staff; but otherwise overpriced, with average facilities and imperfect condition and maintenance.

The service and location are both exceptional. The property was very clean, but dated. The towels had clearly seen better days, the tub was a high step in and didn’t have a grab bar, and the tub was very slow draining. The lounge was small but lovely with great food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The beach chairs and umbrellas were lovely and the view from our ocean side room was great. The staff were all great - exceeded expectations. You can’t ask for a better location but is more of a Marriott with great service than a typical JW Marriott property.
