I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. It has a modern, boutique feel to it and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our double room was clean and the space was sufficient for 2 people. We did not receive the free bottle of wine that was supposed to come with VIP access.

We loved our stay at the Lotte Towers! The rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. We were provided a fridge on request. The views were amazing. The lifts were quick to get us to the 58th floor! Our rooms were serviced twice daily. Cannot fault anything at Lotte would love to return one day!!

We always love staying @RIU when we come to NYC. The staff is all kind and helpful. Shout out to Mery checking us in. My only issues were the keys didn't work for the elevator 3 trips to the front desk. Then the room key didn't work another trip to front desk. The food in dining room was luke warm. I don't know how you fix that? Coffee hot with warm milk. Thanks

This is a hidden gem in Manhattan. Comparable price to hotels in Times Square but much better location and a classy, beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were great, location is amazing, a block from MoMA, around the corner from St Patrick’s Cathedral and so close to Central Park. Highly recommend

I love Hotel Beacon. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the hotel and learning about NY. It was safe and in a very convenient location. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend this Hotel.
