Quiet and luxury! It was a great stay. Would definitely stay again here.

Huge property - however expecting staff and security to know the property. Not being able to direct me to the business center was a little frustrating… The elevator in the Tower was pretty disgusting. All in all great property - not sure will return.

The hotel was very good in a super nice area

I loved the feel of the property. It’s gorgeous and located in a very nice neighborhood. They do have open areas and the noise can filter up to the rooms, but there was nothing late into the day. The reception personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was really cute. I wanted my server to be just a bit more attentive, but it was not poor service by any means. My bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I don’t care for showers with no doors, but most of the water managed to stay within. It is a bit pricey, but I splurged for vacation. If I’m ever in the splurging mood again, I’ll be there.

The hosts were on top of everything at all times. The location was super convenient and the place was clean.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet neighborhood location- breakfast brunch was great, loved the variety of food options especially all the fresh pastries. My only complaint was my bed was pretty hard. Would stay here again

I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients. I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.
