Great hotel. Bathroom very small though.

Wonderful stay - incredible staff and a beautiful hotel. IT is a shame we didn't know the Spa was long-term out of action before we booked.

Stayed for business and found the location to be central, close to metro, walkable to good shop and restaurants. Check in was straight forward, and well marked for 7th floor. Staff helped with check in. Rooms are clean, well designed and efficient. Quiet. Cantina on 7th was great for a drop in breakfast and late night dinner. Nice that you could also just grab a coffee and pastry without having to pay the full breakfast fee.

Great hotel, fabulous location some renovation being carried out but closed off from the rest of hotel and not noticable when inside. Staff very helpful, breakfast is good.

This is a beautiful hotel. The common areas are welcoming and so comfortable. It’s nice to relax there before heading to bed in the evening.

The staff were fantastic, so helpful, and always willing to make sure you were comfortable. Appreciated the help with luggage throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, the location is the best in Copenhagen.
