Jamaica All inclusive Holidays

my family and I had a wonderful week here! We loved the food, the pool activities, how passionate the staff were and of course the lovely scenery & weather of jamaica!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing!! They went out of their way for us. Very quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. We are already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend!!!

The overall property is gorgeous. HOWEVER the staff more so the reception people at check in and check out SUCKED. Any issues you have they will simply just say “I apologize” I would NOT stay here again.

Overall, the resort was great. They have done great at rebuilding from the hurricane. Most staff were friendly. The restaurant service was a little frustrating as we had to get our own coffee and water at times in the restaurant. Major kudos to Kevon and Mario! Extremely friendly and on top of it at all times!

Starting from the receptionist…very nice & informative! The staff overall were super friendly & helpful. Every single day, didn’t matter the time, they were there to help. The rooms were clean & filled with utilities, from plates to cups to water bottles and milk. If you needed extra, they assisted & provided you with anything and everything. Even without asking you, they made sure you had things! Just would like to shout out our nanny Kerina that was assigned to us. She was always with a smile & very helpful. Even though our kids were so glued on to us, Kerina was around to help out. I would also like to shout out the manager (I forgot her name), she was so kind to take me to the supermarket to buy my baby formula. Overall, I had a great time and experience at the FDR. Would highly recommend if you have kids.
