The air conditioning seemed to be timed and on a sensor. When the door was opened or we left the room it shut off making it uncomfortable to come back to. It was a wonderful place to stay. Pool and beach were loads of fun. The room was clean, convenient and well attended each day. The main property was nice, well staffed and our breakfast buffet was top shelf. I will certainly go to Grotto Bay again in the future

hot tub was dirty the staff was great! Pearl (elite front desk) and Vivian (bar elite) were the best of all. So sweet, polite, and so professional. Will return!
