I am an Israeli traveler who was visiting Azerbaijan and unfortunately lost my passport. After thinking it through, I realized that it was left with a taxi driver I had ordered. I tried calling the driver several times, but since my number was Israeli, he did not answer.
The shift manager immediately came to help, made the call himself, and handled the entire situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his help, my passport was safely returned to me.
I am extremely grateful for his assistance and kindness. Outstanding service and support in a very stressful situation. Highly appreciated!

I stayed 7 days and it was enjoyable. The room was clean but furniture is old. Staff cooperative and i appreciate the quick response from room service whenever i required their assistance.

Fantastic pool! I especially like that the pool inside was quiet and not crowded. In contrast, the pool outside is lively, with loud music.
