Very long line to check in. It felt very disorganized. The air conditioning was not working well and the room was really tired .. definitely needs a new bed. For the price there are much better options in Toronto

Hotel has a very good location. Easy walk to CN tower, harbor front, aquarium, Union Station. Also plenty of restaurants around. Room is spacious and clean with beautiful view of the harbor. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some minor issues. First, my room is on 31st floor. Elevators for the high floors stopped working from time to time, causing long wait time on some days. Second. I got a bill for valet parking but I didn't even have a car. Talked to the front desk and finally get it sorted it out.
