Everything about the property was fine, even nice especially the people, but pretty much everything shuts down at 9. The food at the hotel restaurants was just ok. It's location is very conveniently located to the core of waikiki.

The music by the pool is on all night. The rooms in the Lanai tower how no soundproofing. Kept me up all night. Tooooo loud.
Also no room service. Paloma closes at 6. Only option is a one page of small bites from the bar, or door dash.

Loved it!, the property is clean, great atmosphere and on a great location. Better yet, the entire staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back to the Waikiki Resort Hotel.
