We loved our stay.! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beds extremely comfortable. And OH.....the rooftop restaurant was incredible. Beautiful views, great drinks and appetizers. And the included breakfast was again, incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hotel L'Orologio!

We stayed here as a group of three adults and two children. Our room on the 5th floor had two large beds and a sofa, which was comfortable and spacious for our family.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, so everyone could find something they liked. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with directions and recommendations.
The hotel’s location in Times Square was a huge advantage. It made it very easy to reach many of New York’s main attractions on foot or by public transportation. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The check in process was quick and easy. Triana was super helpful and I want to thank her. Room was clean . The water pressure was not that great.
Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Parked at Robo Parking next to the hotel and would recommend it.
