Room was spotless and the service was excellent. The staff is genuine and friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay wonderful. Jesus at front desk is the man. You need it, he’s got you covered. Rancel the sommelier at Chez Isabelle is great. I honestly did not mean one staff member who was not happy and friendly and willing to help.

The staff was wonderful. Resort was clean, amenities were just right and the size of the resort was perfect. We booked a room in the Club adult-only section and it was worth it. We had our own butler and we were very near the beach. All in all we had a great time. We were there for 6 days.
