8.4/10 Very good! (1,813 reviews)
The hotel was great and we really loved the location too. We needed a pack and play for our baby and I had reached out 3 time prior to our arrival to make sure one was there for us. When we got there they didn't even know I requested one, and I had to ask 2 times for them to bring it to our room. The room however was spacious, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,218 reviews)
We had such an amazing experience at EAST! We had just flown in from our honeymoon, and the team went above and beyond by upgrading our room and making our stay feel extra special. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end an incredible trip!
The service was outstanding from start to finish, the hotel was beautiful, and the rooftop bar was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere, views, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
We truly appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. We can't thank everyone enough for making our stay so memorable. We will absolutely be back!

9.4/10 Exceptional! (275 reviews)
The bath towel shelf in the shower was so high up, I had to stand on my tippy toes to grab a towel and I’m 5ft 5in. Likewise, the little mirror by the entry door was hung at a height for a 6 foot man to check his hair. The pillows felt like swim floaties. Great location though. And no smartly situated outlets for recharging phone and laptop.
