Nice room with a good shower in a good location. Bed was very hard, the staff were professional but very cold and aloof, the breakfast was very restrictive not much choice for people with egg allergies.

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

What a nice hotel!! Close to everything, beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast and staff were incredible. Would 100% stay here again!

Staff at the greeting desk and the breakfast are were very friendly and professional. It was on the major street with a few minutes walk to the subway which makes it very convenient to go around the city, and also walkable to Hero Square. We had a room facing the interior (the balcony/hallway); the balcony was not accessible which has made me feel safe. It is very quiet which is very important to me as I am a light sleeper. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety/choices, and a little bit of change every day. The hotel looks exactly like the photos on the website/on Expedia.

Stunning hotel in a great city centre location. Beautiful, large room with a small private veranda. Huge walk in shower. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely spa with pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room. Really enjoyed the wine & cheese 4-6pm daily with live entertainment. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
