We chose this place since it was right around the corner from our daughter’s apartment. Bob is located in a great spot, very central, large apartment with all the amenities for a family, clean and walkable. Laundry was a nice touch.
Cons: we arrived late and tired with 4 suitcases, no phone service and it took us 30 mins to get into our room. The keyless entry was broken and there were NO instructions on what to do. We were lucky to find someone else in the same boat with cell service who was on the phone with a staff member in the office. When I finally connected to WiFi, Our key # was wrong in the WhatsApp chat so the guest on the phone helped us out. We had to help 4-6 separate guests over the week to find the key due to poor instructions. It was a heatwave so we were glad to have ac which unfortunately did not work. There were no fans when requested because it was very hot, so we had a buy one. The QR codes on electronics (Ac/oven/microwave) lead to nowhere so there were no instructions. I would have given Bob 5 stars but cannot due to these challenges.
Having said that I would come back with family for space and convenience to the train station and the local neighborhood feel. I hope everything is fixed if/when we return.
