Suite 406 was our gorgeous oasis in Cape Town Kenny is a friendly, generous gentleman who helped us every step of the way! The Urban Elephant @ The Rose is highly recommended by us!

Great location to get around Cape Town. Excellent breakfast and their restaurant was also great. Would come again.

Bar was excellent, lots of shops in walking distance and V&A Mall 15 mins by car

The apartment was on the 19th floor. Great views of the city and waterfront. It was well equipped, spacious and clean. 4 lifts serviced all floors, never had to wait long. Kurdra the host was very helpful and always contactable. Water pressure to rain shower head was not quite up to what it needed to be but still adequate. Just don’t try and wash your hair if it’s long. Overall and wonderful stay.

It exceeded my expectations in terms of the appointment. The interior decor and the rooms were amazing and value for the money. Kenisha and Shade, I hope I got the names vaguely correct, the front desk staff were remarkable as were the respectful doormen. I wanted to write to Mark Wernich, the general manager to tell him that he is running an excellent operation, but I forgot to ask for his email. The breakfast crew were attentive and welcoming. I plan to return for an extended stay.

Good and a lovely space , just a couple of niggles , WiFi didn't work , connecting to other people's networks isn't a great solution, Aircon also didn't work but wasn't too hot so not a deal breaker. No apartment manual, but all small things easily rectified.
