What a fabulous stay we had in September, we very rarely go back, I think we will definitely be coming back again. All the staff were great, they take time out to get to know. I would recommend the seaview suite, it's huge and the views are pretty special. If I had to critique the hotel, 2 things, in the room have an itinery of what's on in the hotel and have a room service menu, I didn't realise i could have ordered a burger for my room in the evening, as we had a great balcony i would have ordered room service. Lastly the swimming could do with a bit of renovation, the bricks that were painted makes it look tired. We'll be back!

This is the very best hotel in old town Rhodes. The hotel is a two minute walk to the main gates leading to the harbor port. The location is the very best in old town. The rooms are great. I had a suite so I had a huge jacuzzi tub in my very spacious bathroom. The hotel features wine tasting events nightly and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff is amazing and will arrange tours and transportation. The staff is present 24 hours and each person is exceptionally helpful. I’ve travelled to over 60 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels but this was the only hotel that noted I’d be without breakfast due to my early departure flight and offered to provide a take away breakfast. If you are interested in this beautiful island of Rhodes, insure your trip is the best ever by selecting this hotel

Great hotel in a lovely location right near the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all you need. There are shops nearby and the bus to Rhodes/Lindos is across the road. Hotel staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Margarette and Antonia especially. Views are amazing. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Staff were really nice and helpful, from the concierge, cleaners, bar staff and all involved. Food options were great and hotel didnt have a busy feeling with lots of sunbeds available anytime. Rhodes old town only a 20 min bus away too

Nice hotel, walkable to everything. Staff were friendly, especially the lady who was working during breakfast each morning. The breakfast was good, you can also sit outside for it but that means dealing with people smoking near you so not ideal if like us you don't smoke. I enjoyed the nice fresh bread and fresh fruit. They have a selection of teas too, including green tea. room was kept clean, only downside was the shower wasn't fixed on the wall but it also had no where to clip it on, which means it had to be held at all times to use it, not the end of the world, but fiddly when you need to open shower gel or shampoo your hair with only one hand. Room has a kettle but they didn't restock any of the teas/coffees we used on the first day. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. This hotel is an easy walk from the bus stops too, so we didn't need a taxi to or from the airport. Overall it was a good stay in a good location.

Could not fault this hotel. The food, rooms, hotel in general were all good and the staff exceptional. The only downside was that people not staying in the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities if they buy a drink at the bar. We were at the swimming pool and witnessed several people use the pool etc and were quite loud and rowdy at times. To me this is NOT what 5 star hotels should be doing as it takes away the exclusivity from the hotel’s guests who have paid a premium to be there and others can swan in use loungers etc when there may not be enough for hotel guests.
