Hotel is clean in general. Parking always available. Buffet food was good but coffee from a self service machine not so much. Lobby Cafeteria staff were very slow and unfriendly. Above all no one was able
To give recommendations on venues or restaurants outside the hotel. Like they all were not locals, unfamiliar with even flamenco places which is emblematic. Would not go back if returning to seville

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location for shopping and local bars/restaurants. It’s about 15 mins or so to the old town. Breakfast was great, plentiful array of food. Room was fairly basic, perhaps could do with a bit of TLC in places. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel entrance and waiting area was very welcoming and the pool/lounge area had stunning views. Would definitely return.
