Room was clean, bed comfy & eccellent shower. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Food & drinks at hotel were really good too.
Nice area to relax by the pool before heading out for the day.
The hotel was central for everywhere & if needed transport links were very good.
Staff were very pleasant & helpful

Overall the hotel was fine. However, on our first night of turning in we were horrified to find a large brown mark on the bottom sheet of the bed which was either faeces or blood and certainly had not been washed. We know this because the stain also soaked the mattress protector underneath. One has to wonder how this was missed????
I had to take the sheet down to reception to show them and request a change. This was done with the utmost speed. The lady who did this was quick efficient and very pleasant.
One thing lacking from the reception staff was an apology. I speak and understand Spanish and can tell you there wasn't an apology in either language.
