Whoever oversees the hiring process clearly does an outstanding job—every team member demonstrates remarkable efficiency and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly be returning in the future. Special thanks to Saber from the concierge team, as well as Sara and Shady from the hotel staff, for making my visit so pleasant and memorable.

Overall it was a good stay. I would've given it 4.5 stars if I could.
The only thing I don't like is how high off the ground the bathtubs are. Very unnaturally high and one might easily hurt themselves going in or out of it.
There was no bag in the bathroom garbage can and under the bed was really dusty.
I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay extra to use the hot tub.
I would go there again.
