Trans Pennine Trail Beach Holidays

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

Check in was seamless and we were greeted by a smiling member of staff and given a complimentary glass of fizz.

It was a very late check in but the staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and the complimentary water and sparkling drinks were appreciated. Breakfast area is nice and spacious and has all the usual things you would expect for a uk hotel.

Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!

Main building and facilities are really nicely done, however the room was very small and cramped. Bathroom very small, and in room facilities average, just a kettle. For a 5 Star I would have expected more, I would say more a 4 star. Breakfast again, was decent, but nothing amazing.
