Danube Island Beach Holidays

First of all, the staff is very helpful! Amenities are great (welcome chocolate and a bottle of water). Our biggest disappointment was our expectation based on the pictures of the hotel seen on the Expedia app. The building on the picture is actually part of the Schönbrunn palace and that is not the hotel. The rooms seem a lot more spacious on the pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the representation/ expectation after seeing the pictures of the outside of the hotel vs what it really was. The A/C was working, we could hear it, but wasn’t cooling down much.

I had the most wonderful first trip to Vienna with my sister, and this hotel made our experience even more special! Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always ready to help. The location is super convenient, with trains and public transportation just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely come back!

This property was exquisite! Beautifully decorated, well appointed, attentive staff to all requests.....the location was perfect and walkable to many restaurants, shops, and sights. Our window looked right upon St. Peter's church where I could have coffee in the window seat and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by below. We arrived to our suite (lavish and decadently decorated) to a surprise bottle of champagne, macaroons, and treats for our stay. We LOVED our stay.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.
