The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! The room with view was spectacular, very modern accommodations. Extremely clean with high end finishes. The staff were very accommodating and willing to help in anyway.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and given cappuccino while waiting for our room to be ready. The staff was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We had little wait time for our room and enjoyed the hotel vibe. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great location and made it easy to walk around. Highly recommend for others visiting 👌.

I was charged for a breakfast and cancelled on arrival but still charged. Looking for refund.
