Friendly staff.

Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. There is a combination of half ramp half stairs that requires carrying your luggage. This is an easy thing to resolve and is honestly the only thing to find at fault with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Wonderful accommodation in Kranjska Gora. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed and well maintained. The spa facilities are a great bonus too. We stayed in June and the location is convenient for exploring walking/cycle routes and the lakes if you have access to a car. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

The 2 best things about this stay were the location and staff. The accommodations is situated in a beautiful and serene field with a beautiful waterfall within a 15 minute walk. The location is also right in the middle between Lake Bled and Bohinj Lake which was very convenient. The main town was only 5 minutes away. Jure, the on site manager/staff, was wonderful. He was always available to answer any questions or help with anything that we needed. He would greet us every morning and evening and made us feel very much at home. I highly recommend this stay if you want something intimate and different.

Very pleasant few days staying here, staff were very helpful & attentive. Breakfast was plentiful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Only comment for improvement was earlier opening of the gym (9am is too late for morning exercisers) and better air conditioning in there too.

Beautiful property, well-appointed rooms. Heated bathroom floors were nice surprise.

Hotel was totally 5 star beautiful facility in the central location, spacious and quiet room with super helpful staff and amazing breakfast but the spa was time limited with no bars and variety of features were scattered around multiple building far way which was very confusing to navigate.
