Lower Engadin Beach Holidays

I liked the location and the staff was friendly. The first room they gave me was nice. Big bed, walk in shower, nice colors. However, the AC didn’t work in that room, and it was 85 degrees outside. I asked if they had another room, because this one was unbearable. They switched me to the only room that was available, which was very small, sort of depressing due to the color scheme, had a tub shower, and an old mattress and pillows that had no support. I woke up everyday with a stiff neck and back. But the AC worked, so at least I wasn’t sweating like I just ran a marathon. For what I paid for the four night stay, it definitely was not worth it.

Everything was great except for the first day on the hotel restaurant when the lady server was impatient because it took us a while what to order because of language barrier.

I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels around the world, and this one is absolute perfection. My room was upgraded, which turned an already special trip into a magical experience. Although I didn’t get to enjoy the Michelin restaurant since it was closed for a wedding, I’ll definitely be back to try it on my next visit. I also had an incredible facial at the spa that left me feeling completely refreshed. An amazing, memorable stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. If ever back in Zurich we will definitely stay there again!

Nice big room. No view, very small window overlooking an overpass. Restaurant was closed for a private function with no prior notice. Breakfast was average. Limited choice.

All digital check-in, check-out and room key - no staff. Room was as expected with kitchen, dining room, small tv space, bedroom, changing room and bathroom. All were clean. Wife did not like that there were no decorations (wall or other decor) with monochromatic colors. Basic shopping and all types of restaurants within walking distance. About 10 minute walk to tram. Airport was $10 uber ride. Very functional but not beautiful.

Great overall but don’t face the courtyard as there’s a bar that pumps music til midnight Thursday -Saturday Breakfast was yummy! Staff nice!
