9.6/10 Exceptional! (304 reviews)
The only negative was the lack of air conditioning and no screens in the windows. Outside of that everything was amazing.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (383 reviews)
The Mandarin Savoy Hotel is exceptional. Perfectly located on the Bahnhofstrasse, opposite the famous Paradeplatz. The interior is well designed and the rooms are elegant and luxurious. I have stayed in many of the five-star hotels in Zurich over the years. This undoubtedly is the best.

room is way too small. You can barely walk in the room. No closet. Very disappointed.
