Spent two nights during summer. Excellent stay for a great price. Great space, good accommodations. The staff accommodates English speakers and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They even upgraded us to a mountain view room and offered to hold our luggage for 1.5 days when we went to camp at Lac de Cheserys. Although it seems somewhat remote from city center, it is actually quite accessible and they often provide shuttle service to and from the hotel. There was also a miscommunication which led to them sending shuttle service to pick us up at the Chamonix Mont-Blanc train/bus station even though we had arrived by other means. Thankfully, they were patient with us regarding that. Highly recommend for anyone planning to spend a few days in Chamonix.

The hotel is located in Chamonix yet in a tranquil and peaceful setting that we really enjoyed. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful large balcony where we enjoyed our evening wine. The property has 2 fantastic restaurants and lobby bar. There was also ample parking available if arriving by car. What would have made our stay nicer is in room coffee cream without asking for it and a spacious shower. The shower is very small by North American standards and not comfortable. There is no air conditioning and if you do decide to leave your windows and door open during the daytime or evening there are no screens to prevent mosquitoes and other insects from coming in the room. My husband was bitten twice which made him unable to get to sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the pianist in the bar is a delightful entertainment addition. The pool and spa area are very nice.
