Excellent room , well maintained hotel , very close to bahn

Check in was easy, room was ready a little early.

This hotel is decent value, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. It is not quite as close to the main station as seems to be suggested but it has a convenient tramstop outside and is reachable by a number of tramlines. The single room was surprisingly spacious and cool in extreme heat, and lots of water was provided.

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent and within walking distance of several great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. The only downside was the air conditioning. If you prefer to sleep in a cold room, it may not be ideal since it's a portable plug-in unit and the room stayed quite warm at night. Also, if you book through Expedia, keep in mind that the complimentary Expedia beverages do not include alcoholic drinks. Overall, it was a good stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean, and I would consider staying here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bar staff friendly. Hotel room a little outdated but was good for one night. Comfortable. Location isn’t ideal.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Ok for a few days. The rooms are

First class hotel with excellent facilities. Good location close to a tram stop. Wonderful selection at breakfast. Thoughtful little things like free ice lollies during the heat wave which coincided with our stay. The staff were particularly helpful.
