The hotel is clean the staff very friendly. The staff are constantly cleaning the whole hotel. The food was very good with two speciality restaurants. The hotel could do with some upgrading but that doesn't detract from the fact it is a friendly hotel next to Naama bay

This is our second time here we loved it so much we brought my parents back with us, the staff,hotel,food and rooms were fantastic, we will be back soon

A very special thank you to Hashem from the cleaning team – he kept our room spotless every day, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. It really made a difference in our stay and showed the level of care the hotel puts into guest comfort. I’d also like to thank Mohamed at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. He made check-in smooth, answered all our questions patiently, and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. Last but not least, a big thank you to all the buffet staff – every meal was delicious, and the service was always kind, professional, and attentive. They kept everything fresh, clean, and well-stocked, even during busy hours. This hotel truly stands out because of its amazing staff. I look forward to coming back again soon!
