The room was clean and bright and well cleaned regularly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beach is so close to the hotel. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner with great views out to the bay.

The room remain pretty warm throughout the stay even after I complain to the front desk. And wow, we did have one complementary bottle of water upon arrival. The remainder of the stay we were not given any water for our room nor was there access in the evening time to ice. The room also had basic amenities and there was no iron or an iron board in the room great location. The pool seemed nice although we didn’t use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel is a five star deluxe rating. Some of the best service of any of the five star hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was the best seen to date and the pool and beach are outstanding. We don’t want to leave and will come back again when we can stay longer. A must stay
