The staff were nice and gave us a room on a higher floor as requested, but we found the property to be a bit tired, there were stains on the carpets in the lifts.
I get the impression the hotel is used for big tours, daily we’d see groups of guests in the lobby with their cases.
It wasn’t a very inviting place.

A great experience!
It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!

It was a good place to stay. However, getting there is a bit of an issue especially if you are travelling with a lot of luggage.
