Friendly staff, impeccable service

Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

Basic room, staff was helful, good location for walking around old quarters.

Very convenient location - close to main attractractions. Hotel staff was friendly and hard working. However, building is old lacking in basic conditions. Our room is almost completely filled with two large king beds and no furniture or any space to put our luggage. Can almost hear next door guests completely. Don't have enough water pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was basic. The staff works very hard but food often runs out during open hours and can't keep up with guests flow (outdated kitchen equipment?). Overall, we appreciate the the hotel staff's hard effort to serve us but felt certain aspects of the property could use an over haul.

Rooms too small and breakfast was terrible

The hotel location is very convenient walkable in the central of old town. The breakfast is great many options and I love the receptionist Ly. She is amazing helpful, friendly. Rooms are little dark but clean enough. All staffs are doing their best provided very good service. We will be back

Clean and large room, bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast is great many good choices. Staffs are helpful, we enjoyed the pool warm water and clean. Happy to stay here again. Deserved 5 stars rate

The staff were truly outstanding - so helpful and kind. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay and time in Vietnam - helping with activities and ensuring our comfort both inside and outside of the hotel. The location was great and right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter, yet the rooms were quiet and a great get away.
