Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Nicole is super nice. Beautiful breakfast area. Good breakfast. Bed large and confortable. Beautiful decor on rooms as well. Windows open. Which is great for fresh air. Located in city centre with easy access from station and to all toyriatic spots. All easily walkable. Nothing to complain.

Beautiful property and beautiful room. Shower was a bit weak but it did the job. Lovely Belgian chocolates waiting in the room was a nice touch. Great location!

Great Location 10 mins from downtown No. 9 Tram drops you right there. Very good staff. Good breakfast choice. Standard rooms are a little small so I would go for bigger. Nice relaxing hotel, I would recommend and stay here again

Lovely location on the canal. We got a room looking out to the Belfry, large room with real fire and jacuzzi bath. Bar area really nice. Didn’t have breakfast. A little dusty in places and mattress far too soft. Overall enjoyed our short stay but firmer mattresses needed.

Hotel was safe wirh parki g facilities Hot tub and swimming pool Place was very clean and tidy. Staff is nice. Hotel was crowded. We had a shrt break with family

The Concierge Mariano was exceptional; knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations that made our visit to Brussels even more enjoyable. La habitacion limpia, los pasillos un poco estraños, imagino por ser un edificio historico del edificio. Todo que muy cerca caminando. La relacion instalaciones-precio, me pareció un poco elevada
